Elevator is not available, we are happy to help with carrying luggage. Please contact us in advance for the service.

2. Can i keep luggage before/after checkin or checkout?

Yes, we provide luggage lock at the front entrance of the building. Please note that it is located outside the room.

3. Do you clean the room everyday?

We only clean and disinfect the room at checkout. If you need extra cleaning, it will cost 2,500 yen per time.

4. Do you exchange towels everyday?

We only provide towels at the check-in. Please use washing machine inside the room to wash & dry towels during your stay.
